an adequate stay
comfy beds great location welcome place crowded pool inappropriate behavior limited choice
my suite room was beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of space. the hotel is in a great location and the pool was welcome. beautiful smoothies came to our room in the evening to help with the heatwave. breakfast was great, with lots of choices.
many crews stayed there, and we had to wait for our check in while the crew got the rooms straight away. for this price, you can find better spots.

The staff at reception showed Really good care! They helped an injured gentleman when he slipped outside the hotel. They provided first aid and reassured him. It was a lovely display of compassion, I appreciated it.
The pool area was EXTREMELY crowded. It felt overwhelming. I saw some people acting inappropriately in the pool, made me uncomfortable. I think there are better spots to stay for this price.

The breakfast buffet WAS VERY EXTENSIVE. I discovered fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. THE UNDERGROUND PARKING was a huge plus in a busy area. I found the staff attentive and quick to address requests.

The location allowed convenient access to attractions. the staff displayed really good friendliness. i appreciated the well kept car park. Its accessibility simplified our arrival process. its easy access was definitely a plus.

dried urine personal belongings
the location was fine. it made getting around the city easy.
i was disappointed by the room cleaning. there was hair on the floor when i arrived, and i even saw dried urine on the toilet seat. someone entered my room even with the "do not disturb" sign displayed. it reminded me of my personal belongings were touched, and , made me uncomfortable.

fantastic stay!
large bed walk-in shower local option
I found my superior double or twin room super clean and really well-equipped. a water kettle was available. i especially liked the large bed and the walk-in shower. It felt quite luxurious! the breakfast buffet had many choices, especially all the local options like almonds, olive oils, and pastries. breakfast staff gave a very friendly service. They were amazing!!!
