The staff at reception showed Really good care! They helped an injured gentleman when he slipped outside the hotel. They provided first aid and reassured him. It was a lovely display of compassion, I appreciated it.
The pool area was EXTREMELY crowded. It felt overwhelming. I saw some people acting inappropriately in the pool, made me uncomfortable. I think there are better spots to stay for this price.

The breakfast buffet WAS VERY EXTENSIVE. I discovered fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. THE UNDERGROUND PARKING was a huge plus in a busy area. I found the staff attentive and quick to address requests.

the location was fine. it made getting around the city easy.
i was disappointed by the room cleaning. there was hair on the floor when i arrived, and i even saw dried urine on the toilet seat. someone entered my room even with the "do not disturb" sign displayed. it reminded me of my personal belongings were touched, and , made me uncomfortable.

I found my superior double or twin room super clean and really well-equipped. a water kettle was available. i especially liked the large bed and the walk-in shower. It felt quite luxurious! the breakfast buffet had many choices, especially all the local options like almonds, olive oils, and pastries. breakfast staff gave a very friendly service. They were amazing!!!
